I decided to take a running rest day to let my back recover fully from yesterday's weirdness. So, I just took the dogs for their walk and tried to up the pace on them. Bella wasn't such a big fan so we didn't end up walking as fast as I was hoping, but I'm working on getting their slow trot a little faster. :)
