great Hot Ashtanga Yoga - Primary Series 01:30

Yoga was great and this class is super hard as always. I think it was especially hard because I did this same class yesterday and I had just finished my elliptical workout. My legs were pretty tired by the end. Time for some food and rest!

    Great effort Victoria. The only Yoga class I have taken did not get my heart rate up. I will ask our Fitness Center instructor about giving this a try. Sounds intense.

    @Mark Usually to get a yoga class this intense you have to go to a yoga studio instead of a general fitness center. Anytime I take yoga at a gym it is much milder than at a yoga studio. Usually yoga studios offer hot yoga, where the room is heated, and they have a variety of types and difficulty levels.
