    It was a beautiful evening run tonight! I ran with the ladies I normally run with and we had some good conversation all around. My legs weren't as sore as I was expecting either!

      @Morey What does FWIW stand for? I think you are definitely right though, on Saturdays there is a super fast group that is all male and they do not stay together as a group. They always look like they are in a race! haha (As they are flying past my group!)
