    Mom made amazing pancakes and sausage gravy. I was smelling the yumminess before I did my half hour chest workout and then super quick run on the TM so I could get my breakfast. :)

    After all that yardwork Monday, i was sore a couple days. Then had to get back to my workouts so squeezed in Body Beast before a very short TM run.

    I barely made it to the start of RIT's group run. Brenda kicked my butt the first mile. Then my back agony from yardwork on Monday kicked in. I was ready for a beer after!
