I need to start fueling better the days leading up to a long run. And waking up earlier to do it. And I need to invest in a camelbak and a belt to hold gels and stuff. Ugggggh. And maybe a knee brace or two.

I don't even care what my time was for this. I walked most of the second half of this. >_<
