Alright, slowly getting back into the swing of things. Aside from the humidity, not too bad at all.

Also, new goal: aside from stepback weeks, I don't care HOW I do it, I will run the exact mileage of that weekend's long runs. Since this is a "getting back into it" week, it counts: I've done 9 miles so far, so I just have to squeeze in one more mile before I do my 10-mile long run this weekend.
