    Jogged a couple miles on indoor track after strength training. Felt a little tired, but tried to attribute that to the weight lifting beforehand! At least I zapped the zero!!

    I'm such a weakling I don't know if I can every give a "great" to a strength training day. 30+ minutes with trainer + 10 minutes of stretching, focused on piraformis.
