      Wow, way to go Vern! It was hot out there. 84F here in Dallas and so humid! Great to finish and not be in medical tent. I totally agree! I need to finish tmw, but I'll have to run smart!!!

      This got lost in all of Sue's posts, lol, so I had to go looking for it! I had been thinking of you over the weekend but didn't get a chance to check in ... SO relieved that you avoided the medical tent AND that you were able to push through -- that in itself is a HUGE win, in my book. Then an AG placing to boot. Might not be your best time but considering the conditions and how you felt? I'd say you really aced this and proved your athleticism is stellar. Great job, Vern! Hope you're recovering
