One more time. "Unwind," a sweet restorative Anusara class from Yoga Today, led by Neesha, has become a staple of my weekly practice. Channeling all sorts of apana vayu to let go of all of the tensions of the week. Also some intense thigh and hip releasing that feels awesome on a running day. :)
