Sea Rim Striders Summer Run Series - Run #11, a 5K at Claiborne Park. Crazy hot out there this evening, wasn't able to push it too hard. Upload includes a warmup mile, also didn't stop Garmin until about 20 seconds after finish. 5K time was about 29:15.
