The 5th of Adi's 7 chakra series classes from Yoga Today, "The Fifth Chakra - Shoulder Openers." Really enjoyed this class, a series of shoulder openers, leading to shoulder stand near the end, followed by fish pose as a counter-pose to shoulder stand, finishing with a pranayama session followed by savasana. Very nice. :)
