Did the shorter intro practce from Kathryn Budig's Aim True Yoga. Nice combination of salutations, standing, bending and twisting asanas, nothing extremely difficult, but put together nicely in a really brisk flow.

Sounds like this in itself was a bit of a workout - I like "brisk flows". I love how you vary your practices each night to suit what you're feeling. Nice. :)
