Basic Strength & Core Makeup

I didn't do my Monday core work for The Pact, so I added a brief makeup core workout to my typical Tuesday strength session:
Strength Workout A1: Three sets of each, alternating:
Dumbbell bench press - 8 reps
Dumbbell bent-over row - 12 reps
Strength Workout A2: Two sets of each, alternating:
Dumbbell 45° incline bench press - 10 reps
Dumbbell squat - 15 reps
Core:
Single Leg Lowering - 20 reps each leg
Bicycle Crunch - 40 reps
Reverse Crunch - 20 reps

Barb, The Pact began as Jeni, Keith, Elodie and me-- a commitment to help each other gain more consistency by holding each other accountable for 2x/wk core work, typically Monday/Friday!
