I felt great riding the bike. I was able to keep working out without being so winded.

legs felt like tree stumps. then I felt like I could run forever and I got Winded so I rode the bike and lifted weights, hit the sauna and stretched.

bike ride. I rode around a little bit on the way to the gym. I think it helped me ease into the run. I rode and then I stretched and then I ran. I think that made the run go better.
