great Building bike jumps at 23rds 02:00
Well, my back barely survived the two hours of shoveling. The jumps are awesome. Worked on leveling the tops of the jumps.

Easy, smooth ride with Roger. Not often we get a ride to ourselves, was loving every minute.

Pretty good, rode with the boys. Ethan struggled a bit with the heat, but he soldiered through the ride.

Took the day off today! Feels good to have an actual week of training. Did go to the pool with the kids to splash around and have fun!
