      Aaah there's the great bit about it - the back is nicely flexible now & better than it used to be, but most of the flexibility for it is actually coming from the hips :)

      LOL! I don't take my hoops along for after yoga ;) Maybe he'll pass by the studio some time when I *am* in there hooping & look through the door though ;)
