Aaah there's the great bit about it - the back is nicely flexible now & better than it used to be, but most of the flexibility for it is actually coming from the hips :)

Felt really good. Was harder work - but that's because I've been a bit slack lately and only averaged 1 gym workout a week for a few weeks.
Congratulations Velvet for acknowledging that you are worth the lifestyle changes. Your personal responsibility is something to be proud of and you are reaping the benefits from it. Best part..by your own admission is that you weren't deprived nor felt deprived and fed you body and soul for the better. We are what we consume...period. Awesome work on taking care of you. You are worth it!
