Needed to just spin today outside. Did several loops around the park. I was amazed how busy it was considering it was 36 degrees. Lots of runners out.

Much warmer today. I had a Garmin failure at about half way. Had to do a total reset. It only recorded fromn the reset on. Actual milage may have actually been more but I am not really sure.

Freezing cold, windy ride... I LOVED it! There was a pain cave moment about half way through. Just got real cold after a long hill. Worked through it and made it back. A little solwer than normal. ... read more
