    Every Tuesday I wake up and almost go back to bed. But don't because Tuesdays as speed work days and they're my favorite. Thank goodness for speed work.

      If you don't many interval do you do? Pace? Length of time on interval?

      This workout called for 1 mile warm up then 6 miles of .5 mile at a "faster pace", .25 at a "slower pace", .5 faster, .25 slower and so on. I tried to keep my "fasters" at 8:20 or faster and I think my slowers were 9:20 ish.
