alright Good to be back run 3.5 mi 00:34 09:42 pace

First run in exactly 3 weeks - Butch, my yellow lab, ate a ball (smaller than a golf ball), presumably, during our last run when i left him free for a bit. Unfortunately this caused him to have surgery, thanks to a massive vomiting bout. I have been tending to him the last few weeks and this was our first run in 3 weeks. I am glad to get back to the road with him :-)

With all this, my marathon training is completely out of whack and now i am targetting the PHX 1/2 next month. I hope to do a full just around summer, most likely one of the Socal fulls.
