Not feeling the greatest as my son has given me his cold. Had to walk part of this and I wouldn't go down the hike and bike without the dog. Recent sitings of cougars scared me!

Wow, this was the best I have felt in a long time!! Ran from the 12km mark going up Baldy to the 18 mark. Up was hard and the wind was COLD, but I just kept on running.
