    Got my revenge on the opressive heat today by going for a night run through a passing thunderstorm. I finished running at 11pm and it was still light out. I could get used to this.

    A bit of exploring at the Fish Creek Community Forest in BC. It was a scorcher today, so we let the dog set the pace and distance. Mission for the rest of the day: stay cool.
