      You can do it for sure! You will need those runs to unwind and escape from your work...trust me. I just about went crazy with my thesis. Let me know if you decide to do it! I know Nicole is looking to get into a set routine after the holidays.

      I havent even stepped foot in the gym. I just put a radio, bench, and dumbells in the garage and gettin it done. This is ridiculous! My friend said that all cario equipment was full and people everywhere. O great!

    Ankle took it well. Little pressure at the end, but just enough to really put enough pressure to increase strength around the joint. YES! Ahh, I feel the soreness already...
