Definitely wasn't looking forward to this run, but I did it! I even added 3 mins to my time for my water and potty break since they never stop the clock for you during races. I know I was supposed to keep the pace a lot slower for my long runs, but I'm trying to push my "normal" pace more since I always run slower outside than on the treadmill.

Thanks ladies! Funny thing is that I find the TM so much easier than outside in the heat. Guess I'm just used to it.

Fantastic 9 on your long run! Pushing your pace seems to be working for you lately :-). A note on insanity: I would wait until after your HM to start the program--especially since it's an every day thing....you've worked so hard on your training, you don't want to risk not performing your best :-). Then you can kick butt with insanity and not have to worry about training as well!
