    Faster 5k tonight!! My left cramped bad at 2.5 miles but i pushed hard for the finish, i dont think ive been drinking enough water lately....happy running :)

      Alot of people forget to drink enough during the winter due to its not warm and they don't feel as thirsty because of it.
