  3. There is a local 5k in Sept I have my eye on. My ultimate goal is to do tri's. I love the biking and swimming; the running I could do without. ;-)

      I felt that way too when I started doing tris but now that I have done some run training I actually am starting to enjoy that as well :)

    Much better! I felt really really good. I was able to increase the pace. Same program (4/1 & 10/8 ramp/resis) --- 134 +/- 3 strides/min for 4/1 & 120 +/- 3 strides/min for 10/8.

      Good work :) I am aiming for sprint triathlon in September.Thought I might be ready for the end of April....and I guess it is still possibility but I am off on Holidays in 3 sleeps so my training will be bit disrupted.
