There is a local 5k in Sept I have my eye on. My ultimate goal is to do tri's. I love the biking and swimming; the running I could do without. ;-)

Much better! I felt really really good. I was able to increase the pace. Same program (4/1 & 10/8 ramp/resis) --- 134 +/- 3 strides/min for 4/1 & 120 +/- 3 strides/min for 10/8.
