    Kildare Half - a PB of over a minute, best run race I have done in ages and also glad the promised serious wind and rain did not appear :)

    A fantastic LSR, down Grand Canal, and back home - legs in ribbons from the 10k yesterday, so took it pretty easy - great run, enjoyed it :)

    Dublin Bay 10k - new PB, with lasty 4k into a pretty serious headwind, was a huge effort, so more time in the legs on a calm day - thrilled :)
