The perfect night for a run out on the bluff. Threw down my quickest 5k yet but I have to say for as hard as I ran and for not resting or slowing down at all really, I was a little disappointed with the overall time and pace. It just helps me realize how hard it is to shave even a single minute off a 3 mile run. In any case, for my first run in about a week, I'll take it. It just felt good to get outside.
