    Ugh . . .how long has it been since I ran . . . a long time . . . forgot my knee brace to boot . . . kept it slow and kept increasing the incline to burn those calories.

      my calf took a beating while I helped my son manage the incline . . .was swollen last night and VERY tender today. Every season I end up with several 'war wounds' from family rides . . . but that won't keep us off our bikes :) Happy riding . . . thinking we're gonna try the trailer tonight and head downtown for some frozen yougurt
