A morning run around my neighborhood & old stompin' grounds (near my high school, etc.). It was nice, haven't had a meal since Wednesday so it was a bit of a struggle in terms of endurance (had to stop every 20 min for a quick walk and some clif bar energy -- stopped the clock for those, so the pace is a bit misleading!). So glad I found running, even though I end up doing it in the humidity too often! Luckily it was cloudy in the morning so it wasn't so bad.


Aww reminds me of the Christmas runs in the cold last year. Very nice 10k!! Doing some solid running despite dharma-parna. I'm glad you found running too! At this rate you'll be ready for a half marathon in no time!
