    Started plenty slow to accomodate the heat and humidity, but still got pretty tired by the last mile. Hopefully it won't take too long this year to get used to summer running weather.

    Warm, humid, windy, dehydrated, and a night of insomnia. Sucked air for the first two miles. Thankful and happy that I was able to get in the run, though.

    5 miles scheduled, but one sick kid and the rest scattered across town left exactly 30 minutes for a run. Figured I'd do an easy 3, but was surprised to see my last two miles were sub-9:00. Yay!
