  1. Race for the kids today - Money for GOSH... a very important charity, without them my daughter may not be walking today! Will let u all know how we all did.

    Lovely warm and sunny evening but couldn't breath due to the air being saturated with dandelion seeds. It was like it was snowing. Wish I'd got a picture.

    Nice and warm tonight so managed in capri pants and tee. Got twinges of cramp in both feet in the very last section so have stretched out a bit extra and will have a little extra to dink tonight.

    Loved this, I kept in zone 2 all the way around then ran the last mile at the pace I'd like to work out at (if the HR monitor would let me!). I'm going to do this again next long run.

    Steady run in my normal territory. Struggled to keep in HR zone today and am surprisingly tired. I've signed up for a charity 5K fun run with my children in June.

    Walked absolutely all of this and still couldn't keep in Z2. In fact Garmin says I've over trained as walking up on of the hills my HR passed my max rate by 20 bpm.
