    workout #3. Warm and humid for February. Did 4 x 880 planned at 10k goal pace of 3:45. Actual was 3:42, 3:41, 3:42 and 3:38.

    workout #1. Planned a long run but waited too late. Only had time for 10. But two miles in I knew that wasn't happening either. Just so tired and flat. Bailed at 5 and save it for another day.

    workout #2. 30 mionutes after the hot class and sweat was still pouring out of my back. Fortunately yin requires no exertion so I was able to chill and get in some marvelous stretching.

    workout#1. Really struggled this morning for several reasons but it was a crowded space and extra hot and humid. Glad every day isn't like that !

    workout #1. Slept in and after a little work, i made it over to yin class. A few new students so it was pretty basic but always good stuff. I felt great

    workout #3. Finally made it back to Tanara's flow class. We did a series that focused on preparing for warrior 3 so lots of hip opening and lunge stuff had my legs quivering.
