    After yesterday's 17, I wasn't as tight as I thought I'd be, but I had to be careful of the new blisters!

    Set out for a 6 mile run, felt so tight in my calves & ankles that I ended up walking 4.5. Will try again for 6 after loosening up tomorrow or Monday.
