      yeah the dog!!!! my 90lb lab....I'm sure it was an ER trip waiting to happen, but everyone is ok and a trip to the hospital was avoided. Thank goodness for the safety key lolol Now I know why they have them

      It'll be easier this time around. You'll get there! I had to stop running for a month due to an injury and I felt like I was starting from the beginning when I started back up, but I caught up much quicker this time!!
