Instructed 2x back to back RPM classes this time, after the instructor following my class called in sick. Sore legs from yesterdays double (I didn't stretch properly cos I had to rush back to work) so was a bit tough getting started but was fine once I got warm. 149 HR average, 179 max, 1104 calories. Shattered now!
