    good Core class 00:30

Not getting in much running the last 2 weeks, but am sticking with core class 2x per week. It's something.

My little man has become my walk/run partner in the evenings, so that's cool.

I gave away my jogger a few weeks ago because Max is 4 and I found someone who really needed it. I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic. Kind of symbolic more than anything.

    Tough one today.
Getting core strength, balance, and flexibility back, though.

Feeling a little lighter weight today, for some reason.

Unlikely to make 5@5 tonight, as I have bike/ped board duties.

Unless it's disc golf you're talking about... ain't nobody got time for that.

It does seem to have pretty awesome golf features, but I am very unlikely to ever use them. Maybe foot golf with my kids - I guess Clapp might have that, and let you get on free occasionally.

I had to work this morning, but Wednesday is on the calendar. If the instructor does show up, we'll just do a 10 minute plank. We'll stay in touch.
