      Just run on it while it heals. That will make it stronger and more flexible. At least that's what I tell myself when it happens to me.

      No doc for me, Kelsie.
      Long history with sports injuries; I only go if somethings broken.
      Just a really bad sprain this time. Timing sucks with nice weather and a race on the calendar.

    Trail is very muddy, especially on the northwest section, which is destroyed by horse tracks. Hope we get another heavy snow to help repair it.
    Great weather for a run.

    Perfect temp for a run.
    Trail was mostly covered with crunchy snow, but a little muddy in spots.
    Deer and squirrel for company tonight, and the only tracks I followed were made by a large dog.
