good PPP trail 7.25 mi 01:02 08:36 pace

Decent run until 6.4 miles when I sprained my ankle bad enough that I heard it crack through my ear buds. Limped in on adrenaline. Same ankle and way that I sprained it at Rockin' K last yea... read more

Just run on it while it heals. That will make it stronger and more flexible. At least that's what I tell myself when it happens to me.

Thanks guys. Ice, meds, elevation (and beer) tonight. Will stay active, but probably low impact for a bit. Walking with a pretty good limp tonight.

  4. RUN
great PPP trail 6.01 mi 50:52

Trail is very muddy, especially on the northwest section, which is destroyed by horse tracks. Hope we get another heavy snow to help repair it.
    Great weather for a run.

    good PPP 5.01 mi 00:42 08:17 pace

Squishy run on the slightly muddy trails. Running into headwind when exposed on the east side of the trail.

I have changed clothes so many times in Big Blue that I sometimes at home I go out and change in the truck rather than in my bedroom.
