I was shirtless for all but the first 2 minutes, Karla. Super hot the entire run. Had to douse my head and neck at every aid station.

Pic is about 3/4 mile from the PPM finish. A bit slow on the way up, but I think I passed close to 100 people on the way down.

there was a lot of stop and go traffic, and my time and focus suffered.
Was shooting for at least a 4:20 (appropriate for Colorado, no?), but crossed the top mat at 4:26. Did my usual thing and ducked behind the volunteers to soak in the view and eat some fruit in peace out of the fray.
4 minutes passed, and I headed back down at 4:30, which made my descent math easy.
My PR was 7:05, and I had a stretch goal of 7:00, so I started to head down at a good clip before being bottle-necked by a group

Just like with most services and food products, I'd rather support local mom-and-pops, and they generally offer better products for lower prices.
