      Seriously! just think of what you could do if you actually trained more! and then just think of what you could do without that stroller. Pushing a double is mucho hard work. mine is broken right now and i don't care to fix it because it's such a pain to push! lol. Congrats to you and your whole family!

    An hour with the wife. Alternated mile runs with 1/4 mile walks. Forget to track laps initially, but mile 3 was a 7:40, which is booking it for the wife.
    Thanks to mother-in-law for watching kiddos.

    Water was nice and cool (maybe a touch too cool) at the downtown Y this morning.
    Decent swim. Couple of short stops to clear goggles or chat with Fish.
    Happy to finally be over a mile for the week.

      Why not? No one seems to care about course accuracy, a time clock or AG awards. Tell them they they will glow or get covered in unidentified powders and they are in @ $30+ a pop!

    Would like to get a run in with the family this afternoon, preferably Goddard or Maize schools.

      I'd say if there is practice going on stay away. We have gone to Wilber middle school track in the past and found it empty.
