  3. RUN
    good PPP 5.01 mi 00:42 08:17 pace

Squishy run on the slightly muddy trails. Running into headwind when exposed on the east side of the trail.

  4. RUN
good River run 3 mi 00:22 07:19 pace

Had a few minutes to spare between work and the city bike/ped board meeting, so I changed clothes in my car (am I the only one who does this?) and got a quick run in along the river path.

I have changed clothes so many times in Big Blue that I sometimes at home I go out and change in the truck rather than in my bedroom.

All I know is Tom draws a crowd when he changes in truck at SCP (I observed this from distance).

  6. RUN
good Neighborhood loop 3.54 mi 00:28 07:47 pace

Pre-work run to try to shake off the funk and achy muscles.
Felt okay, but going to take some time to rebuild.

I'm aware of that song's existence, but have some how managed to avoid it.
      And all things Taylor Swift.
Until i see evidence of a belly-button in all of those mid-riff outfits, I'm writing her off as an alien/cyborg.

  7. RUN
good PPP trail 4 mi 00:32 08:00 pace

Got a weekend trail run in to burn off some turkey while the weather was nice.

Sounds good. The one I have I hate the tires. They always need air and still pulls to one direction. How's this one? I don't want to buy another lemon!!

Sent you a message. I've had similar luck with stroller tires losing air over time, but with new tubes this one seems to make it a few days between refills.
I don't feel like it pulls at all.
I've run very fast with it on straightaway and around SCP trails.
It's a step below my single BOB, and not pretty, but feel like it's reliable and solid.

  12. VELO
good Sunday constitutional 35 mi 02:10 16.2mph pace

Larger Afton loop including Cheney Lake. Can't add the south stretch yet as a bridge is out. Which was fine with us. Started strong, but gassed at the end.

there was a lot of stop and go traffic, and my time and focus suffered.
Was shooting for at least a 4:20 (appropriate for Colorado, no?), but crossed the top mat at 4:26. Did my usual thing and ducked behind the volunteers to soak in the view and eat some fruit in peace out of the fray.
4 minutes passed, and I headed back down at 4:30, which made my descent math easy.
My PR was 7:05, and I had a stretch goal of 7:00, so I started to head down at a good clip before being bottle-necked by a group

      You've got it right, Barry.
Just like with most services and food products, I'd rather support local mom-and-pops, and they generally offer better products for lower prices.
Marathonfoto is right up there with Ticketmaster and Active.com with extortion by lack of competition.
