Extra sleepy, and sore back and neck this morning.
Fisher no better.
Did a small bit, then consoled ourselves with breakfast at the Beacon.

Seriously! just think of what you could do if you actually trained more! and then just think of what you could do without that stroller. Pushing a double is mucho hard work. mine is broken right now and i don't care to fix it because it's such a pain to push! lol. Congrats to you and your whole family!

good Lights out! 1800 yd 00:33 32:01 pace
The downtown Y had a complete blackout this morning, and Fish had all of his gear in a paid locker inside. So, I made my way to the NW Y and swam solo.
First 1100 was strong. Broke up the rest in... read more -

great Early swim with Fish 2300 yd 00:55 42:05 pace

Nothing on the calendar, Shane.
Just enjoying it, and it's my worst discipline, so just trying to bring it up to the other two. Also the hardest to improve, imo.9 days ago • Like

great Quality time 6.4 mi 01:00 09:22 pace
An hour with the wife. Alternated mile runs with 1/4 mile walks. Forget to track laps initially, but mile 3 was a 7:40, which is booking it for the wife.
Thanks to mother-in-law for watching kiddos. -

great Cool swim 1800 yd 00:34 33:14 pace
Water was nice and cool (maybe a touch too cool) at the downtown Y this morning.
Decent swim. Couple of short stops to clear goggles or chat with Fish.
Happy to finally be over a mile for the week. -

Exactly. Who could say no to $10 with all these expensive, poorly organized races? plus, I get rid of my garage sale stuff rapidly for about the same amount of profit.

you probably burned just enough calories to make breakfast at the beacon ok... unless you doubled your order of biscuits and gravy :)

Oh, we ate at least a week's worth of swim calories.
Swimming calorie estimates seem excessively low.
