  1. RUN
great Around the Block 1.35 mi 00:30 22:16 pace

After a LONG hiatus we've decided it's time to get back at it. We're starting at the beginning with Couch to 5k again. Sometimes you just need to go back to the basics and build from... read more

  2. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:37 12:14 pace

Mile 1 felt pretty good even up the hill. Mile 2 was slow with a bit of walking. Mile 3 was better than 2 and it was barefoot. Felt a bit of a hotspot on the bottom of my toe in the Adams so I deci... read more

  3. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:36 12:03 pace

No land speed records were broken but I felt good. I started out aiming for 2 miles. Then I turned left and ran 3. September also held off on the q&a session until I was done running.

  4. RUN
great Cleveland Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:48 12:47 pace

Sometimes you train long and hard for a race. Other times you barely make it outside and just show up on race day and wing it. I guess you can call me Birdman now. Was hoping for 2:30 but I will ta... read more

  5. RUN
great North Chagrin Reservation 8.22 mi 01:54 13:48 pace

Plan was for 11. I'm more than happy with 8. Today was slow. It was steady. I also got slightly lost. It was all kinds of fun! Almost a week out from the Cleveland Half Marathon. Lord willing ... read more

  6. RUN
    great 2.38 mi 00:33 13:48 pace

I think this is the 903rd time I've been "back at it." Got through both miles with no walking and kept a pretty decent pace even with 2,001 questions coming from my stroller occupant.

  7. RUN
alright North Chagrin Reservation 2.42 mi 00:37 15:06 pace

It's been a long winter. I've packed on hibernation weight. Ai Carumba!

It took me a second to think it might be you. Anytime you see that green stroller, that would be me pushing it. It is rare I go out solo. It was very nice out. It's exciting to get out and run after being cooped up all winter.

    great Around 0.64 mi 00:10:01 15:39 pace

September wanted to go running. So we went running. If her attention span was as good as her endurance level we probably could have knocked that out in 8 minutes. She's still pretty hardcore f... read more

great The Mean Streets of Wickliffe 1.77 mi 00:25 14:00 pace

First time getting back out there in a few months. Very Exciting! Originally planned for 3 half mile intervals but cut it at 2. The watch was being contankerous getting a GPS signal, iPod was dead ... read more

  10. RUN
great That place I live 3 mi 00:36 11:56 pace

Fastest pace I've held up in a long time. Kept it under 10:20 for the 2.5 running miles and did the first mile in 9:58. Great way to kick off training for Half #2.

  11. RUN
great 10k at the Towpath Marathon 6.26 mi 01:11 11:16 pace

Great race. Very interesting experience. Ran into a few difficulties along the way. About a half mile in I already had to fix my tights twice. Apparently not having the legs pulled up far enough ca... read more

Finally! Made it out for an actual training run. Not where I was in May but I am still moving. Can't wait to hopefully get new glasses next week. It was really weird running with my eye. Hard ... read more
