    Wound up doing a run/walk with my wife. It was actually quite pleasant company wise. Lots of tightness and discomfort in my legs though. They felt infinitely better afterwards though.

    Leg felt alright today, after being too painful to walk without a limp Friday -> Sunday I opted for Eliptical instead of actual running in the rain.

    Couldn't get my leg to stop hurting. Usually it stops aching after 1/4 to 1/2 a mile. Ached until I started walking. So, cut it short and came home. Pretty discouraged right now.
