      Oh yeah. I'm the worst. Kara threatened to go on vacation for the whole week this time. I'm going to make a big effort to be conscious of it and try to remain calm.

    Today was a cluster. Foggy. Overdressed. There was a train at the chemical plant under MacCorkle so I had to turn around and make up 10 miles in South Charleston. Also I'm a little whiney.
