    I ran the Brazos Bend 100K.

    After two DNF's at 100K, to finish my first 100K was amazing. It was the best feeling ever.

    Easy, short ... and then off to the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Nothing too stressful given it was only 48 hours until the 100K run.

    2 miles at 17% incline at progressive paces from 20 minus to 15 minutes. 1.1 mile at 0%, progressive pace from 10 to 8:45. Good workout mixing a solid climb to 2500 feet followed by a fast run.
