      That is one of my favorite running docs *evah*!!!! I still don't understand why anyone would want to do it, but god love ya, all those who try. I'm not sure if you're crazy, inspiring, or just crazy inspiring. I'm going for "Both!"

    This treadmill goes up to 30%. I started at 7.5% and increased .5% every 400 or 800 on the treadmill. At 15% I turned the speed down a bit and just "climbed" from that point to 30%.
