    Cornbelt buddies joined me for the first 16, which made the last 8 a tolerable 4 out & back. Helped that the weather was gorgeous. Bring on the taper!!!

      Thanks Jess! Felt good to feel so strong at the end. With the half Ironman last month, my legs have been totally dead-ski!

    With KidBoy in the kayak paddling alongside, did 3 easy out-&-back laps from the dock to the island. Also got in am & pm planks.

    Went out for 45 miles & was rescued 5 miles early by the Martster due to thunderstorms. Used his back wheel i.e. bad-a$$er. Way more power, but legs are tired. Good stuff! Got in am/pm planks.
