    I had a tough day at work today...took me awhile to decompress. I didn't get to my walk until 9:15! It went well, I had my usual struggle at mile 3 but pushed through it.

      Great job Trula! I was supposed to hit P90X last night. I had a grueling day at work too. I totally forgot that I was supposed to workout when I got home. Really! I got in my sweats in front of the TV and didn't remember until about 9 PM. Wasn't doing it then. LOL! But you still made it work after 9 .... That's commitment!

    It went ok, my legs felt a little stiff but I kept at it and they loosened up.

      My legs always start out stiff too. The first 1/2 mile includes a hill that is at a 60* incline. I get through that and the next 1/2 mile is downhill. By the time I hit the bottom of that hill I'm back to another 70* hill. UGGGHHH!!! But when I push through that hill I'm "loose as a goose". LOL! Great job. Keep it going! You're learning how your body works and adjusts!

      Thanks Paula! I'm used to this from when I used to run...I guess I was surprised to have the same thing happen with walking.

    Made it to the gym today! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill then 15 minutes on the elliptical, then sat in the hot tub. Later I'm going to do my fast 5 mile walk.
