      Happy Birthday? lol I don't understand half this, but pullups of any nature sound impressive to me. The only pullups in my world go on the butt of my potty-trainer!

      We do birthday workouts for all the people at my crossfit box. When it is your birthday you get to pick your favorite things and our coach makes a workout from it. This kid apparently liked these things. Good thing he was only 16! It's those 40 and 50 something's you have to watch out for!
