    It has been 10 months since I last logged! I've been outof the running game for a while but determined to get back! Here is my reason to be healthy! My son Clayton was born on June 13th!

      Yep, that first one is very similar to my WOD today. The first part of our WOD was spent finding a 1 rep max, followed by the ladder. I didn't do the first part as I just got a new 1 rep a week or so ago. Great work, all around! Glad you are feeling better.
