      Yep, that first one is very similar to my WOD today. The first part of our WOD was spent finding a 1 rep max, followed by the ladder. I didn't do the first part as I just got a new 1 rep a week or so ago. Great work, all around! Glad you are feeling better.

    First mile went pretty good but it was too hot so I ran out of steam quick. Which is crazy because I crossfit in the heat everyday. I only want to be a fall/winter runner.
