    Very stiff this morning, but I managed to keep going. Slow but steady. 42 degrees, which actually felt quite warm.

    Some light rain this morning but it stopped about the halfway point. Good run. Came within 15 seconds of my best time for the 2 to 4 mile distance (since Runkeeper anyway).

    Tried riding my bike this morning, but the tire stem broke off while trying to pump it up. So I rode the exercise bike. Not nearly as fun but it works.

    Did a short run with intervals today. Normal run to sprint, to walk. Then sprint, normal run then sprint and walk. Did that at least 6 times in the 2 and a half miles.
