      i'd recommend intervals. i think they'd probably help the most. says the woman who has never done them and really doesn't know a thing about how to work out

    Tried upping the pace a little bit today. Mildly successful. Felt muggy, and the temp was already 60 degrees. Bailey rolled in the dead deer again.
