    Walked during lunch. Felt another blister forming but managed to catch it before it got too bad. I actually feel less sore afterwards then when I started. Good sign I hope.

    Got up early enough to work up a sweat. The bike only has 20 or 30 minute tracks, so I'll have to find a way to add more for longer durations.

      Do you have to follow their tracks or can you create your own? On Nonna and Papa's you can just create your own track.

      You have to have an iFit it looks like, to add tracks on ours. I did find a longer one though, and it's pretty tough I have to say. That should keep me going till it's warm enough to run again.
