    Used the "weights" again. Definitely more of a workout.

    Added some resistance weights to the walking laps and actually turned them into something closer to swimming. Feeling it in my arms already!

    Not bad. Pushed myself a bit more than usual like I tried to do last week and it wasn't terrible. Hoping I can get up to a mile soon before I'm not mentally tired of walking :)
