    Awesome. That was my best race yet. I took 8 min off my last half and I felt great at the end. Didn't hurt that the weather was great.

    We walked a block about 3/4 mark and stopped to stretch a few times. Stretching helped IT band tightness a lot, it was a good run and I feel really good about 8 miles!

    Saturday I ran 5.4 miles, the first mile is always tough. I ran with Kelly, we match pace really well. Training for our half marathon in January!
