    good Treadmill with strength training 2 mi

    .50 mile run, 5 pushups, 10 leg raises, 10 triceps dips, 15 squats, 10 crunches repeat X 4. Finished with .50 mile cool down

  2. Signed up to run 100 miles between 9-1 and 11-30. Just the motivation I need to keep going, I got this!

      That's a great run! Like you said on Sat, sometimes 6 + miles w/ a friend is easier than 3 alone.

    1 mile warm up
    1 minute fast, 2 recovery x 6 or 7 (increased the speed then decreased)
    cool down until mileage reached
