      Ha! Great run, Trisha. I ran past a bakery on my way out this morning and I was salivating.. then 5 miles later I ran past Chinese food and once again was dying for some food! Gotta love the random thoughts of a runner :)

      Sounds really fun Trish! Jealous of the miles! Great way to entertain yourself on the run, I think I do pretty much the same thing, except I never think about teaching spin class. Oh well. :P

      Nothing wrong with taking a week off. It's good for you! I just took the last week off. Kinda drove me crazy just doing stretching/yoga. But my body feels good! You've been doing a LOT lately and you deserve a break!
