      Since my injury, I've been doing a lot of stuff off the Nike ap. they have 14-45 min workouts for all dif levels and body groups. A lot of the core stuff I post is from them, and they also have some good ones for total body like drill Sargent, box smart, etc. I used to do daily HioT videos, I'll find the link for you in a bit. I'll just message to you my favorite ones.

      It is hard for me to comprehend it felt like Fall today. That is such a long way off for us. Crazy. But the important stuff--great run!! So happy you are feeling good and got 4 solid miles in. The fitness will snap back. Maybe not as quick as you would like, but it will. :-)

      Nice ride. I used to bike along many of those same routes when I lived on the south shore. I miss that stretch from the Scituate light house up through Jerusalem road.

      This is great! You didn't lose much fitness in a month esp since you were doing other stuff and not sitting on your bum. No worries, once you're able to fully run, I'm sure you'll be just as fast within a couple weeks!
