      Nice track WTF o'clock running!! 200 recovery is never enough when the distance is greater than 400--so you did dang good to run those as consistently as you did! And no doubt the piriformis is related to the AT in some way. A solid pigeon pose/stretch immediately after your run is really magical. It has helped me a ton. Great work today Trish!!
