      I've been popping vitamin D like mad. Its just SO cold and slick out but so good that at least there is SOME place to run. Glad you kept this in check and stayed upright. What a nice run!

      Nice spinning! But if I am being honest, I swear to heaven I cannot get out of my head the concept that David did a 25 mile TM run at 10 mph. Seriously?? I better get to meet this guy when I am in Boston in April. That blows my mind.

      I was thinking about you guys so much as I headed to the TM for the first time this season...and you guys have been doing it for weeks on end. That is a tough workout too with very minimal recoveries. 2 is solid work Trish. Hope you get outside very, very soon.
