      This is such a GREAT post!! And yes, you absolutely do ok by yourself. Love that you not only went solo but you hit the track like a big girl. And love that you entertained yourself along the way. Excellent, excellent workout. I bet your 5k pace is faster than this. :-) Great job Trish.
