Ha! Glad this was much less sucky than you thought it would be. I think the key to less-sucky TM runs is having speed work to break it up. Very nice. Hope you are safe & warm tonight.

So I am giving serious thought to trying a couple of spin classes but wonder/worry how much it will impact my legs--mostly from a fatigue standpoint. Guess there is only one way to find out, right? Nice spin Trish.

Marcie - I don't find it tires me for running but maybe I'm just used to spinning. It depends on how much resistnace you add and what kind of a workout you do. The legs will have worked but I can still do a run next day (although I don't run many miles these days...)

Yeah, I am thinking that running up and down steep stairs, fast and in the dark may not be the best combo for potential vertigo. Smart call And that is a solid workout.

Oh no...that just flat out sucks. I almost just got a little dizzy thinking about what you are experiencing. It has to be so frustrating and a bit scary to have it hit out of nowhere--and to have it sideline you so much. I am glad it is getting better and that you were able to do this. Really hoping it goes away completely ASAP.
