      Since my injury, I've been doing a lot of stuff off the Nike ap. they have 14-45 min workouts for all dif levels and body groups. A lot of the core stuff I post is from them, and they also have some good ones for total body like drill Sargent, box smart, etc. I used to do daily HioT videos, I'll find the link for you in a bit. I'll just message to you my favorite ones.

      It is hard for me to comprehend it felt like Fall today. That is such a long way off for us. Crazy. But the important stuff--great run!! So happy you are feeling good and got 4 solid miles in. The fitness will snap back. Maybe not as quick as you would like, but it will. :-)
