    Walked 25 yards but ran the rest. Nice day and felt good.

    Well . . . that didn't take long!! Guess running is done for maybe 6 weeks or more . . . have to wait until the Doc says I can start back. No rush. Want to be well healed!!!

      Great effort Frank. On that course, with the injuries you've dealt with in the past year, 41 miles was a valiant effort up there. Your day will come...rest that wheel, and live to fight another day.
